What to Expect at Your First Appointment

New practice members are seen by appointment; we do accept walk-ins for established practice members. You’ll check in with Lynn at the front desk and complete your new practice members paperwork, then meet with Dr. Tina Theriot for a thoughtful consultation and exam. If X-rays are indicated, we take them on site right away so you don’t have to drive elsewhere. Dr. Theriot reviews your images with you and creates a personalized plan designed for the best results in the shortest time.

Visits start at a pace that gives your body steady support, then ease as your system adapts. Everyone is different, so your plan is shaped around your needs and goals. Many people begin with a few visits close together, then move to a lighter schedule as they improve. Most onboarding is handled in the first visit so you can begin care right away.

How to Prepare and How Long It Takes

Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you plan to use insurance. Wear anything comfortable; we have gowns available if needed. Your first visit takes about one hour. Most financial questions are handled ahead of time over the phone, and we’re happy to offer a free consultation if you’d like to talk through options before scheduling.
